Keeping in view the statement made by Mr. Panda, the learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor that the order sought to be complied with in the Contempt Proceeding, is already complied with in the meantime, this Court finds, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further, which is, hereby, dropped. A compliance report be communicated to the Petitioner forthwith.
