Heard Mr.S.P.Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioners.

According to Mr.Satapathy the petitioners are mainly aggrieved by non-disposal of their application praying for interim maintenance filed during January, 2022 before the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar under Annexure-2 though in the meantime the sole opposite party has already entered appearance in the said case. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of their application for interim maintenance under Annexure2 within a specific time period. 3.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted application for interim maintenance filed by

// 2 // the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
