Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the O.P.No.4 shall not be evicted from the Govt. land and upon their filing no cause or showing insufficient cause, make the rule absolute by directing the O.P.No.3 to evict the O.P.No.4 from the schedule Govt. land by initiating a OPLE case against him; And may pass any other order/orders, direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Referring to development through Annexure-2,a letter of Deputy Collector, Revenue, Puri to the Tahasildar, Kakatpur, it is alleged that in spite of a direction given for making appropriate inquiry and again since 25.4.2022 there is no showing of development as of now. Without entering into any allegation against the public Officers, this Court disposes of the writ petition simply directing the Tahasildar, Kakatpur to complete the exercise as desired vide Anenxure-2 issued on 25.4.2022 at least within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving the party likely to be affected and if necessary on utilization of special messenger cost at the instance of the petitioner. sks (Biswanath Rath) Judge
