Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer: "The Petitioners most respectfully pray that the Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to allow the writ petition, issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the Opposite Parties to demolish the illegal Fishing Berth/ Jetty in the River the Baitarani at Talchua (at Mouza- Rajendra Nagar) constructed by the Opposite Party No.8, the office building and the Pump House including supply of water pipe line inside the river embankment to the said Fishing Berth and pass such other or further order or orders as are deemed just and proper"

Considering that the Collector, Kendrapara is required to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioners, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Collector, Kendrapara-Opposite Party No.4 to look into the request of the Petitioners association at Annexure-4 and take a decision as appropriate also involving the Party/ Parties likely to be affected, by completing the entire exercise within a
