Heard Mr. J.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate.

After some arguments are advanced, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to invoke Clause4.12, i.e., Settlement of Dispute, of Request for Proposal-2 under Annexure-2 before the Committee constituted at the District level.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
