ORDER
13.07.2022 I.A. No.56 of 2022 01.
1. There is delay of 1385 days in filing appeal. There is no convincing reason for the inordinate delay and accordingly, the application is dismissed.
ITA No.49 of 2022
2. This appeal is by the Assessee against the common order dated 16th May, 2018 of the ITAT, Cuttack Bench in I.T. (SS) A No.32 to 37/CTK/2018 for the AYs 2009-10 to 2015-16 only on the ground that the additional ground urged by Assessee was not considered by the ITAT while otherwise allowing its appeal. Today, by a separate order, this Court has dismissed the Revenue's appeals i.e. ITA Nos.150, 155, 157 to 160 of 2018 and affirmed the aforementioned order of the ITAT. Consequently, the present appeal is also dismissed both on delay and on merits.
