Considering the representation at the instance of the petitioner for removal of illegal encroachment is pending before the Tahasildar, Dhenkanal. -opposite party no.3 this Court observes in the event any such representation is pending for consideration of Tahasidlar, Dhenkanal, he is directed to conclude the proceeding entering into provision of O.P.L.E. Act and also involving the parties likely to be affected within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
