1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offence alleged is under Sec.20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act for alleged possession of contraband ganja weighing 43 kg.
2. Heard Mr. R.L. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.
3. Having heard both the parties, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail differing to earlier order dated 25.11.2020 passed in BLAPL No.11006 of 2019. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
4. The BLAPL is dismissed.
5. However, as prayed by the Petitioner, learned trial court is directed to complete the trial by end of August, 2022. ( B.P. Routray) Judge B.K. Barik
