1. Mr. Parida, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners, who are widow and minor children of the deceased. He submits, the deceased had account in opposite party bank. The bank has not released the amount deposited and lying in account no.80412200011387 of the deceased. He submits, representation dated 9th May, 2022 was made by petitioner no.1 for release of the money.

Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of bank and submits, the representation will be duly considered and dealt with. 3.

Opposite party is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 9th May, 2022. Either the money is to be released
