Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore humble prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, issue notices to the Opp. parties for filing of their respective show causes within a stipulated time. If show causes filed by them found to be insufficient or not filed in time, then the land in question may be recorded in the name of the petitioner's organization by giving proper direction to the Opp. parties, more particularly the Opp. party No.3.

And further be pleased to pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court think just and proper.

And for this Act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Basing on a lease deed as a foundation involving the request for change in the record-of-right, it appears petitioner has already made a request to the competent authority vide Annexure-4 series. Considering the matter is pending at the end of the Tahasildar, Cuttack-opposite party no.3, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Cuttack-opposite party no.3 to consider the request of the petitioner involving Anenxure-4 series and do the needful by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
