The Petitioner even though alleges that there is illegal encroachment by the outsiders involved, no name has been provided. This Court finds, the Petitioner has submitted a representation at Annexure-12 on the selfsame issue, which does not even disclose the names of the persons likely to be heard and dealt with involving the allegation involved herein. In this situation, such representation cannot be considered even.

If the Petitioner is so advised, he may file a fresh representation to the Tahasildar, Khordha, O.P.4 indicating the name and address of the illegal occupiers at least within a period of two
// 2 // weeks. In such event the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law and following the provision of the OPLE Act. 4.
