Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of hearing this Court finds, on the self-same issue after failing in his attempt on the repeated Writ Petition finally enclosing of such representation, Petitioner has made representation on 18.03.2019 appears to be pending before the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Cuttack- Opposite Party No.3.

Considering the dispute required to be decided by the Collector, the matter stands disposed of directing the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Cuttack to undertake the consideration involving Annexure-7 and take decision as appropriate also involving the Petitioner by completing entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
