Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Keonjhar Sadar Excise P.R. No.106 of 2015-16 corresponding to Special Case No. 14 of 2016 on the file of learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Keonjhar, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c)/ of the NDPS Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Keonjhar by order dated 28.06.2021, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the quantity of contraband seized and the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
