For there is already involvement of O.P.L.E. proceeding, allegation of the petitioner appears to be baseless. It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach under appropriate law, if otherwise available under any other law. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty, as prayed for.
