2. It is conceded that the direction passed by this Court on 11.6.2020 in W.P.(C) No. 14107 of 2020 stands complied with by passing an order on 5th August, 2020, which as per learned counsel for the petitioner, is not in true spirit of the directions passed by this Court.

3. Be that as it may, it is also admitted that the aforesaid order dated 5th August, 2020 has been challenged by filing W.P.(C) No. 19679 of 2020. We find no basis to pursue the contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the CONTC is disposed of.
