Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.
Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as a lawful decision is required to be taken in exercise of revisional power by the Revisional Authority, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Revisional Authority-opposite party no.1 in the event of pendency of revision vide Annexure-9, same should be disposed of in accordance with law involving the petitioner and also the party likely to be affected at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. sks (Biswanath Rath) Judge
