This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow Writ petition by directing the Learned Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to upload the Map of Plot No.31/1280 in respect of R.O.R.

bearing Khata No.30/285 of MouzaSubudhipur under Annexure- 1 in the Digital platform of the State Government in the Revenue Map of Subudhipur Mouza, so that the same can be viewed in the Bhunaksha website of the State of Odisha. And pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the eye of law."

Considering the prayer made in this writ petition and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar, this Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, directs

// 2 // the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and also involving the parties likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
