This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 15th September, 2022 by which the CMP was disposed of.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at paragraph-9 of the order dated 15th September, 2022, instead of mentioning "I.A. No.684 of 2022", it has been inadvertently mentioned as "I.A. No.884 of 2022, which needs correction.

In view of the above, the order dated 15th September, 2022 be corrected accordingly.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
