Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the recitals in the I.A. and considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.

Taking into account the difficulty as expressed, this Court is persuaded to modify Paragraph-6 of the order 28.07.2022 that instead of 'family member' the petitioners be permitted to furnish bail bond of surety within territorial jurisdiction of the court in seisin over the matter and rest part of the order remains unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
