This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the O.P. No.4 to take appropriate steps to the grievance made by the petitioners under Annexure-4 within a stipulated period.
And pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

Considering the innocuous prayer made in this writ petition and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Tahasildar, Ranapur, this Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, directs the Tahasildar, Ranapur to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision
// 2 // in the matter involving the parties likely to be affected, but after issuing a general notice in the locality.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
