1. The affidavit of the victim has been placed on record. She has stated that she and the Petitioner have been living together as husband and wife and they also have a child.

2. In that view of the matter, Khurda P.S. Case No.126 of 2014 and the corresponding T.R. No.132 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Khordha and all proceedings consequent thereto in respect of the present Petitioner are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
