Order dated 12th March, 2018 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patnagarh in C.S. No. 43 of 2014 is under challenge in this CMP, whereby an application to call for the records of C.S. No. 57 of 2009 was rejected. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the CMP submitting that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioners file a fresh application with better particulars before learned trial court to call for the disposed of case record in C.S. No. 57 of 2009. 4.

In view of such submission, this CMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
