Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has Order No.
no instruction involving the matter. The matter is pending since 2007. It appears, the petitioners have no interest in the matter. Consequently the writ petition stands dismissed for no instruction but, however, with liberty to the petitioners to approach in appropriate proceeding in the event cause of action, if any, survives.
