2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 26.08.2022 passed in W.P. (C) No. 17133 of 2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause title of the W.P. (C). No. 17133 11295 of 2022 the full name of the Opposite Party Counsel has been wrongly typed as "Saswat Das" instead of "Aurobinda Mohanty.

5. In such view of the matter, the full name of the Opposite Party counsel wrongly mentioned as "Saswat Das" be read as "Aurobinda Mohanty"
