CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK Order No.
ORDER
30.03.2022 08.
1. It appears from the additional affidavit filed by the OSFC that even in 2020 the Petitioner failed to adhere to the terms of the OTS under the OTS-2011 Scheme. As of now, the total outstanding is close to Rs. 2.5 crores. It appears that the Petitioner is in no position to clear the dues of the OSFC.
2. Consequently, the present petition is not entertained and it is dismissed. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge S.K. Guin
