This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for Order No.

targeting the demarcation proceeding involved herein. 2.

Bringing the development through the communication at Annexure-3, learned counsel for the Petitioner alleged that in spite of such communication by the Tahasildar, Junagarh, the R.I. Junagarh is sitting over the matter.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and for the unnecessary pendency of a demarcation proceeding for the negligence of the public authority, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Junagarh to see disposal of the demarcation proceeding involved herein in terms of DR No.2729/PS dated 29.10.2021 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
