Mr. Palit, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of review applicant, who were petitioners in the writ petition, disposed of by order dated 5th January, 2022. He submits, his clients seek review of said order and thereby recall because an amendment was not brought to notice of Court inspite of due diligence.

Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of Archeological Survey of India (ASI). He submits, Writ Appeal
// 2 // no.81 of 2022 has been preferred by applicants and it is pending. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, that is so. 3.
In view of appeal preferred by applicants and same pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain the review application.
