This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 13th July, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at paragraphs-2 and 5 of the order dated 13th July, 2022, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "R.T.O., Keonjhar" in place of "R.T.O., Dhenkanal" for which the Petitioner could not comply with the said order.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. Accordingly, the order dated 13th July, 2022 be corrected to the aforesaid extent. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.

In view of such correction, the time fixed for the Petitioner to comply with the order dated 13th July, 2022 is extended for a further period of two weeks from today. 6.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
