1. Learned counsel for the Bank at the outset submits that the order dated 07.01.2019 passed by this Court directing the disciplinary authority to reconsider the matter of imposition of a major penalty commensurate with the misconduct stands complied with, inasmuch as vide order dated 13th Sepember,2019, the earlier order of "dismissal from service" has been substituted by "order of removal", thereby entitling the petitioner to retiral benefits. He further submits that the fresh order has passed which is the subject matter of challenge in the review petition filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the contempt proceeding is dropped & disposed of.
