This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and her family members have been dispossessed by some miscreants on 29.05.2022. Being aggrieved by the said action of the miscreants, the petitioner has lodged F.I.R. before the I.I.C., Khandagiri Police Station (opposite party no.4) vide Khandagiri P.S. Case No.290 dated 30.05.2022. 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the opposite party no.4 has not implemented the order dated 09.06.1997 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar in C.M.C. No.403 of 1995. The petitioner has made repeated

// 2 // endeavour by giving representation to the IIC, Khandagiri Police Station for early implementation of the order of the Executive Magistrate.

In such view of the matter, the IIC, Khandagiri Police Station is directed to implement the order dated 09.06.1997 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar within a period of two weeks from the presentation of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the police officer by supplying all the required documents which will be necessary for execution of the said order.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
