This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.366 of 2022 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Jatni, arising out of Jatni P.S. Case No.204 of 2022, offence under Sections 25(1-A)/27/35 of Arms Act and is in custody since 08.06.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bhubaneswar by order dated 29.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, being involved in a case under Section 302 of IPC, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

The petitioner is at liberty to move afresh the learned Court in seisin over the matter after filing of charge sheet. The same shall be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
