Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and as this Court finds, a detailed representation at Annexure-6 on the selfsame issue is pending consideration by O.P.1 finding the Writ Petition at this stage premature, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing O.P.1 in the event O.P.1 is in receipt of such representation, vide Annexure-6 to consider the request of the Petitioner and take decision as lawful at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
