Mr. Nanda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client filed the petition for judicial review of the reference proceeding and change of arbitrator. He submits, in the reference his client gave out information of filing of this writ petition, whereupon nil award was passed. His client, thereafter, challenged the award under section 34 in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

In view of aforesaid, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. It accordingly is disposed of.
