1. It appears that the present writ appeal is filed against an interim order dated 13th August, 2019 of the learned Single Judge declining to grant stay in favour of the Appellant while issuing notice in the W.P.(C) No.13922 of 2019 in which he had challenged the order dated 2nd August, 2019 terminating his services as Junior Assistant in the Respondent-Institution.

2. While issuing notice in the present writ appeal on 29th August, 2019 an interim order was passed that the Appellant would continue in his post till the next listing. That interim order is continuing till now and the Appellant is apparently continuing in service.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court directs that the aforementioned interim order dated 29th August, 2019 will continue during the pendency of the above mentioned writ petition. The W.P.(C) No.13922 of 2019 is now directed to be listed before the learned Single Judge in the Roster Bench on 4th January, 2023. Reply be filed by the Respondent to the said writ petition on or before 19th December, 2022. The present Appellant will file rejoinder on or before 4th January, 2023. No further time will be granted for the above purpose.

4. The learned Single Judge is directed to proceed with the matter on merits and dispose it of in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
