01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " In the light of above stated circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court that it may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue notice to opp. Party, call for the records and after hearing the parties be pleased to direct the opposite parties to finalize the selection process of Master Book Keeper (MBK) in Kadajiti Gram Panchayat under Bramhagiri Block, Dist-Puri as per the Guide line issued by the Opp. Party No. 2 vide order No. 1121 on Dt.13/08/2020 (Under Annexure-2) at the earliest and if possible within a period of 15 days failing which appropriate action may be taken against the Opp. Parties for the interest of justice.
And may pass such other order/direction as this Hon'ble Court may think fir and proper.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 14.12.2021 at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.5, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.5 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.5 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
