1. It appears that a direction has already been issued to the Collector, Sambalpur to resume the certificate case against Opposite Party No.2, i.e. Vimal Kumar Agrawal, Managing Director of M/s. Dean Medi Pharma Private Ltd, Kolkata consequent upon the dismissal of W.P.(C) No.14896 of 2006 by this court on 5th January, 2018.

2. In that view of the matter, a direction is issued to the Collector, Sambalpur to revive the aforementioned certificate case for which purpose the matter will be taken up by the Collector on 9th May, 2022. The Petitioner will appear on that date before the Collector with a downloaded copy of this order for further steps be taken in accordance with law.
