1. Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.6 states that Order No.

he has no instructions. Nobody is appearing to oppose the prayer in the present petition that the Petitioner should be permitted to intervene in the proceedings in CMC No.940 of 2014 pending in the file of the A.D.C.P.-cum-Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar which is stayed by this Court on 18th May, 2016.

2. Since there is no opposition whatsoever in the present petition, the Petitioner is permitted to intervene in the above case. The interim order is accordingly vacated. The matter now be listed before the A.D.C.P.-cum-Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar on 12th December, 2022.

The said A.D.C.P.-cum-Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar is requested to proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible and dispose it of preferably within a period of three months thereafter in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S.K. Jena/Secy.
