2. Upon several adjournments, the matter was taken up in the last week with a direction to the State to seek instruction. However nothing came out from the State side. The matter relates to quashing of order of cognizance dated 08.04.2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M,Nilgiri in 2 C.C.Case No.100 of 2014, in absence of an interim stay, keeping in view the age of the application the matter might have proceeded and concluded too. It is for this reason that Petitioner is not taking interest either to get the matter listed or on being listed suo motu to pursue the same. Hence, there is no point in keeping this CRLMC alive, the same is accordingly dismissed.
