2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.79 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.418 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime charge sheet in the aforesaid case has been filed. Therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a better application.

4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
