The prayer in this Application since remains outside consideration of the issue involving the Writ Petition cannot be entertained. On the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. The Petitioner, however, is at liberty to bring appropriate proceeding involving the request involved therein. 3.

The I.A. as well as the Writ Petition stands dismissed but however with the liberty as above. Interim order dated 22.7.2021 passed in I.A. No.9507/2021 stands vacated.
