This writ petition has been filed for enhancement of pendente lite maintenance granted in favour of the PetitionerWife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in Misc. Case No. 13 of 2018 (arising out of Mat Case No.287 of 2017) pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Athagarh. 3.

In view of change in circumstance to the effect that in a proceeding under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, the Petitioner-Wife has already been granted with interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
