This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of this petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Marsaghai P.S. Case No.184 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1435 of 2018 at present converted to S.T. Case No.238 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kendrapara for offence punishable under sections 302/34, I.P.C. in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail. 3.

It reveals from the record that the Petitioner had moved the Trial Court way back on 07.08.2020 for his release on bail and thus by now there has been lapse of one and half years. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Trial Court for his release on bail citing all the developments which have taken place in the meantime.

It is needless to observe that in the event such a move is made, the Trial Court would do well to taking into account all

// 2 // those subsequent developments in their proper prospective and dispose of the same early in accordance with law. 6.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
