This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S.P. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. A.R. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 3.

This application has been filed for modification/recall of the Order dated 20.07.2022 and to permit the Petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appropriate application with proper prayer for the ends of justice.

As it appears, this Court, on 20.07.2022 passed Orders that if the NCLT has passed some order for extension of the benefit, it is open to the Petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum, instead of invoking the jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant any liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition, as has been prayed in the present Interlocutory Application.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
