This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for handing Order No.

over the investigation involving a criminal case to the C.B.I or any other Investigating Agency.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is unable to satisfy this Court on the entertainability of this writ petition. This Court is of the opinion that no writ petition in the nature of civil is maintainable involving this issue. If the Petitioner is so advised, may approach with appropriate proceeding.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
