In Mutation Appeal No.142 of 2021, there is already notice served on the respondent. Not only that there is also appearance of such Party.

This Court finds, since service of notice is completed, the SubCollector, Cuttack shall do well in disposing of the Appeal within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
