This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.8387 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 28.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioners but in 5th line of paragraph-6, the G.R. Case number has been wrongly mentioned as "G.R. Case No.520 of 2021" instead of "G.R. Case No.520 of 2022", which mistake also appears in the body of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 5th line of paragraph-6 of the order dated 13.07.2022 it be mentioned as "G.R. Case No.520 of 2022" in place of "G.R. Case No.520 of 2021", rest part of the order

// 2 // remaining the same and the petitioners can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 28.07.2022, if the petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara on or before 14th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
