The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Regional Transport Officer, Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.1 not to demand tax and penalty amount for the period from 25th July, 2019 to 19th May, 2022 in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-15-N-1860 (Tipper). 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. He also files a memo to that effect in Court, which is taken on record. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
