2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "Direct the Opp. Party No.1 to take effective steps with extend to Financial upgradation under 2nd RACP with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- & 3rd RACP with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- taking into account the decision of this Hon'ble Court and release the differential salary in Shape of Arrears in W.P(C ) No.2831 of 2016 which has also been confirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Diary No.(S ) 20358 of 2017 (State of Odisha -Vrs.- Bihari Lal Barik) and order dated 13.1.2020 passed in W.P.(C ) No.29120 of 2019.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation
