Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as the request of the Ward Member as well as the Sarapanch vide Annexure-3(series) is pending before the Collector, Khurda, this Court finds, the writ petition becomes premature at this stage. In the process, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Collector, Khurda to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 (series) and take a lawful decision in the matter, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected. 2.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
