"In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to direct the Ld. Court below to expedite the execution proceeding pending vide Criminal Execution case No. 38/2020, 03/2022 and 04/2022 and to direct the Opp. Party to pay the maintenance amount as per the judgment of this Hon'ble Court passed in RPFAM No. 72/2015 and 124/2015;

And be further pleased to pass any other order(s)/Direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper;

And for this act of kindness the appellant as in duty bound shall ever pray".

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.
